1. It is best to send one folder with all the content. The folder on the left has been labeled, “Villa Moura – Client Content” Inside we have a .TXT file with all the copy for the website next to another folder labeled, “Images”
2. On the right we can see the open .TXT file. Everything in bold is an instruction to the developer. Everything else is the website copy (spell checked) and ready to be copy/pasted. We can compare the copy to the final page.  
3. Inside the “Images” folder we have the logo files and colour scheme (optional). For each page in the menu structure there is a folder, named and in a numbered order. Inside each of these folders is the images for these intended pages.
